Dave Meyer
Dave Meyer was a co-founder of Meyer Brothers Building Company in 1977. Prior to founding Meyer Brothers, Dave began his career with the Comptroller of the Currency upon obtaining his degree from Central Missouri State University in 1969.
This tenure was briefly interrupted with a stint in the U.S. Army from late 1969 until his honorable discharge in 1971. He then served as the Cashier at Broadway National Bank from 1974 until 1977.
This broad financial background has served Meyer Brothers well with Dave’s duties in the areas of development, finance, administration and sales.
Dave has been very involved in the Eastern Jackson County area since moving to Blue Springs in 1973. He is a past member and officer of the Blue Springs Jaycees and the Blue Springs Rotary Club.
Meyer Brothers has been very involved in the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce with Dave having served a term as President and a term as President of its Economic Development Commission. He has served on the Blue Springs R-4 School District’s Citizen’s Advisory Committee and had three children in the school system.
Dave is a past president of the Association for Industrial Development in the City of Independence, Missouri. He is the past President and continues to serve on the Board of the Blue Springs School of Economics.
Dave currently serves as the 2007 National Chairman of the Associated Builders & Contractors.
Roger Meyer
Roger Meyer has been associated with the construction industry since 1973, and since 1977 has served as President of Meyer Brothers Building Company. His areas of concentration are administration, and sales & marketing of commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects.
Roger received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University in 1971.
Currently, Roger is on the Executive Board of the Lee’s Summit Economic Development Council, and is a member of the Associated Building Contractors, and the Blue Springs Economic Development Council.
Tom Davis
Tom has 40 years of experience in the Construction and real estate development industry. He leads the development of the broad range of services provided by The Meyer Companies to serve all aspects of owning, developing, maintaining and managing property.
Tom, who is now President C.E.O. of The Meyer Companies, was previously C.E.O. and founder of Septagon Industries, firm principal of Davis Design & Consulting. He has been the managing member of numerous development or investment partnerships and LLC’s. He is an active volunteer in many civic and charitable causes.
Robert Wolf
Graduating with a B.S. from Iowa State University, Robert is no stranger to construction. He has served as the C.O.O. and was a founder of Septagon Industries. He also was President of the Septagon Construction Company located out of Sedalia, Mo.
Robert has a passion for people. He was in Human Resources and Sales for Butler Manufacturing Company, and was the Personnel Administrator for the Cummins Engineering Company.
Robert is a past president of Sedalia United Way, Sedalia Chamber of Commerce; Founder and past president of Sedalia Junior Achievement; College of Business Advisory Board - Iowa State University; Advisory Board – Past Chairman, Central Missouri State University College of Business. Robert has received the Volunteer Economic Development Award from the State of Missouri.
Mark Meyer
Mark Meyer began working in the field on the building crews during holiday and summer breaks from college when Meyer Brothers was founded. That experience soon led him to become responsible for project management, sales, and administration within the organization today.
In 1983 he graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology. That following June he joined his two brothers and helped to establish what Meyer Brothers Building Company has become today.
Mark and his wife Laura reside in Blue Springs, Missouri and have two children. Currently Mark is a member of the Independence Chamber of Commerce, and serving as chairman of the new building site development committee at Timothy Lutheran Church in Blue Springs.
Greg Fitzsimmons
Greg has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on a wide range of construction projects throughout the U.S. Prior to moving to the Kansas City area and joining Meyer Brothers, Greg managed construction projects in Dallas, Philadelphia, California, and Oregon.
His areas of concentration for Meyer Brothers Building Company are in marketing, sales, and pre-construction services.
Greg is a member of the Cass County Council for Economic Development, the Shawnee EDC, the Lenexa EDC, and the Design Build Institute of America.
Rob Heise
Rob established his own real estate practice in 2003 with an approach centered on designing real estate strategy around the culture of the company that results in an optimum transaction value in the marketplace.
Prior to establishing his own firm Rob opened the Opus Northwest, LLC vertically integrated development office in Kansas City. There he was involved in land acquisition/disposition, development and leasing of institutional and corporate buildings.
After graduating from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in economics, Rob worked for Welsh Companies and Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services, Inc. – Office Properties Division where he became skilled in leasing and investment sales.
Rob has a thorough background in site selection, land acquisition and disposition, investment sales, property entitlements, state and municipal inducements, development and leasing. His experience working with municipalities, developers, real estate managers, institutional real estate groups and large private real estate portfolios provides a distinct negotiating advantage.
Loren williamson
As a founding member of Meyer Complete, Loren is committed to providing high quality, responsive and exceptional customer service. Loren is well recognized in the industry due to the personal relationships he’s developed, which are apparent in the referrals received.
He personally oversees the complete range of maintenance and construction services: from hiring experienced professionals, to proposing a cost-effective plan and then completing the project on an aggressive schedule. Loren’s unwavering dedication will ensure the success of every project.
Loren has been with the Meyer organization since 1997. He was instrumental in the creation of the Repair Division that was formed to provide maintenance service primarily to Meyer Brothers customers. Through Loren’s leadership and tireless commitment, he developed customer relationships that provided the foundation for Meyer Complete.
Loren’s other experience includes working with variety of construction and trades, and managing projects in copious sizes and scopes. He worked on aircraft in the US Air Force Reserves – this lends to his attention to detail.
Aaron wolf
Aaron is the President of Fleming West Building Company located in Chandler, AZ. The Fleming West Building Company is a general contracting company offering design-build, general construction, tenant improvement, steel erection and maintenance services.
Aaron's experience has accumulated over the years as he has served as the General Manager of Fleming Building Co. of Arkansas (dba Fleming West); Area Manager for Butler Manufacturing Company in Northern Alabama; and as the Dealer Support Service Coordinator for Butler Manufacturing Company.
Aaron is a member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, Valley Partnership, Arizona Builders Alliance, Arizona Contractors Association, and of NAIOP.
Jeff Blasi
Jeff Blasi got his start in construction in 1988 leading crews for his father’s construction company. That experience soon led him to become responsible for the Kansas City and national offices of a nation-wide concrete construction company. Now Jeff serves as President of Summit Concrete bringing his years of experience to work for the Meyer Companies.
In 1985 he graduated from Kansas State University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management.
Jeff and his wife Sarah reside in Kansas City, Missouri. Currently Jeff is a member of AIA, CPG, ABC and TCA. Jeff is actively involved in the youth ministries at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church in Kansas City
